We Organic's Salsa Recipe:
Some Salsa!
We like things hot here in Florida, but you can vary this to your hot loving taste.
Gather:
Avocados
Tomatoes
Tomatillos (optional)
Corn
Onion
Lemon
Hot chilies or medium hot chilies
from the garden, or purchase from an organic produce market.
Remove husks from the corn. Take the tomatillos and corn and parboil briefly. Remove skins off the tomatillos, and remove the corn off the stalks with a sharp knife. Remove pit and skin from the avocado.
Dice the Avocados, tomatoes, onions, hot chilies and tomatillos, and place in a bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice over the diced mixture, and add salt or Braggs Liquid Aminos.
Cover and refrigerate what you don't eat right away. It will last a few days in refrigeration.
